Welcome to Love First Look Last LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, member portal, or services, you agree to the Refund & Shipping Policies. Please read them carefully

1. Processing Time

• While processing of digital orders may be immediate, all other orders are typically processed within 2 -4 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays.)

• A confirmation email will be sent once your order ships. 
   

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Orders ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after processing.
   

3. Tracking 

• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

• Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates.
   

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Once marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Love First Look Last LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please confirm your address carefully at checkout.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at connect@lovefirstlooklast.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
