Love First Look Last LLC was founded by Fareeda Wilson, MHA LNHA HSE.  She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a Master’s in Health Administration and a lifelong commitment to meaningful connection. With years of leadership in skilled nursing environments, Fareeda has managed complex dynamics involving families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams—spaces where privacy, dignity, and intentional care are not optional, but essential.

This experience has instilled a deep operational understanding of how to create structured, people-centered environments that honor individual needs. Those same principles now guide the design and execution of faith-centered, emotionally intelligent experiences where real love is revealed through authentic connections.

Fareeda is also the co-author of From Monogamy to Polygyny: A Way Through, a work that reflects a deep engagement with Islamic relationship ethics and complex partnership dynamics. This body of work affirms her role as a thoughtful voice in the Muslim community, contributing with both credibility and compassion.
