Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Love First Look Last LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, member portal, or services, you agree to the Cancellation Policy. Please read it carefully.​

Cancellation by Love First Look Last LLC

​

1. If Love First Look Last LLC Cancels

  • If we cancel an event without rescheduling, you will be offered the choice of a) a full refund of your registration payment (minus payment processing fees) or b) a credit that can be applied toward a future event of your choice.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 - 10 business days.

  • If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you will be issued a credit that can be applied toward a future event of your choice.

2. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions or public health emergencies) we will: 

  • Notify you promptly, and

  • Provide a credit toward a future event

​

3. Our Promise 

  • Your trust means everything to us. If we ever have to cancel, we will do our best to ensure you are not left disappointed or disadvantaged.

Cancellation by Participant

4. Participant Cancellations

  • 14 days or more before the event you may request a full credit toward a future event.

  • 7 - 13 days before the event you may request a 50% credit toward a future event.

  • Less than 7 days before the event no credit will be issued.

  • No-show, failure to attend, will result in no credit being issued and potential permanent exclusion from all future Love First Look Last LLC events.

5. Non-creditable fees

  • Certain administrative costs are non-creditable, even if you cancel your attendance.

6. Flexibility Promise

  • We want you to feel supported. If you face an emergency or unavoidable hardship, please contact us at connect@lovefirstlooklast.com. While we must honor this policy to be fair to all participants, we will always do our best to work with you.

7. Our Commitment

  • This cancellation policy is designed to balance fairness for our participants with the planning and preparation required to create a high-quality, meaningful event experience.
